Composition of Transformer Automatic Welding Machine:

The welding machine is composed of three parts: feeding roller, main machine, discharge roller. The main transformer welding machine includes the base, two sets of symmetrical width adjustable slider, transfer device, positioning device, welding device, two sets of MIG welding machines, compressed air system, and electric control system.

The machine is easy to be operated, the operator adjusts the slider according to corrugated fin width before operated and inputs the parameters into the touch screen, such as welding corrugated fin (height, corrugation pitch distance) and welding speed, welding form, etc. The operator put the corrugated fin into the main machine from the feeding roller by manual, the sensor set up at the entrance of the main equipment starts to operate automatically after receiving the signal
