　　 The main technical parameters of the three-roller leveling machine should meet the requirements of Figure 1. The three-roller paving and leveling machine is divided into models by the diameter of the shaft, and the specifications are divided from the length of the shaft, and the specifications should be determined according to the paving width.

　　 When the plate thickness is more than 200mm, a roller with a diameter of 168mm should be used; a roller with a diameter of 219mm can be used for bridge deck paving or roads with a smaller thickness. Considering the flattened mixture, a larger shaft diameter is more advantageous; considering the effective compaction depth, a smaller shaft diameter is more advantageous. The diameter of the shaft is mainly 168mm, 219mm and 240mm. Using a larger shaft diameter has higher construction efficiency and better flatness, but the surface slurry is easier to segregate and the slurry is thinner. Using a smaller shaft diameter has better slurry lifting effect, but the shaft is easy to deform, so attention should be paid to correction. Generally, the axle length should be 600~1200mm longer than the road width.

The rotational speed of the vibrating shaft of the three-roller paving leveler should not be greater than 380r/min. The rotational speed of the vibrating shaft has two types: 300r/min and 380r/min. Generally, a smaller speed should be used to ensure effective tapping and slurry lifting. . The vibration power should be greater than 7.5kW; the maximum driving speed of the drive shaft should not be greater than 13.5m/min, and the drive power should not be less than 6kW. Ensure that the vibrating shaft and the drive shaft have enough power to overcome the resistance of the mixture and the template, and realize the functions of paving, vibrating compaction and leveling. The three-roller leveling machine essentially belongs to the transformation form of small machines. It combines the vibrating beams and rollers during the construction of small machines and installs them on the equipment with driving force shafts. Therefore, in the construction of high-grade roads, the three-roller leveling machine alone cannot guarantee the vibration and compactness of the pavement concrete in the lower part of the panel. It must be equipped with a dense row of vibrators for construction.
