2. WORKING PRINCIPLE

 The curing oven is a special drying / curing equipment for the whole process of hot air circulation and automatic intelligent control process. The top of the oven is equipped with air in the way that the external parts of the workpiece receive heat simultaneously; then the hot air and the workpiece are evenly returned to the top suction chamber, and then sent to the air duct on both sides by the fan (heating chamber) for reheating. Due to the use of high volume, high wind pressure circulation fan for forced hot air circulation, so as to ensure a good temperature uniformity in the working room. Make the chamber temperature in the curing furnace meet the process requirements.

The equipment has the characteristics of high temperature control accuracy, simple operation, energy saving, high safety and reliability. Widely used in raw and production transformer industry before pouring mold preheating, primary curing furnace after pouring, secondary curing after mold release and other process links.

4. PROCESS FLOW FOR SPECIAL PRIMARY (SECONDARY) CURING OVEN

①After pouring the product (the mold is neatly placed on the tray), the door of the curing furnace opens, after, the tray will send the tray into the box curing oven through the forklift;

② Curing oven set 1 tray station: temperature adjustable room temperature-150℃. After the tray is sent into the curing oven, the door is closed; the curing furnace automatically starts to heat up according to the procedure process curve;

③After the curing time, send sound and light alarm prompt, remove the tray from the furnace through the forklift, and enter the next production link.
