The machine consists of a winding host, an automatic wire feeding device, a layer insulation supply device, a round wire and tension-adjustable flat wire distributor, a pneumatic system, a PLC control and servo motor system, a touch screen human-machine interface, etc.

It has a high degree of automation, comprehensive functions and powerful performance, ensuring the axial tightness and radial tightness of coils, especially rectangular coils.

2.1 This machine adopts a high-efficiency, low-noise gear mechanical speed regulation system. 2.2 The motor has reliable and responsive braking function.

2.3 The electrical system adopts variable frequency stepless speed regulation and is controlled by the frequency converter. The start and stop slopes can be preset to optimize the winding process. 2.4 The speed change range is wide and the speed regulation is accurate and stable. The motor insulation complies with Class F specifications.

2.5 With automatic wire feeding function.

2.6 The machine adopts servo drive and PLC control system with a high-resolution touch screen display for clear visualization and user interaction. It adopts imported ball screw drive and linear guide rail to ensure accurate wire feeding.

2.7 Equipped with a dedicated circuit to seamlessly synchronize the automatic wire feeding and winding processes.

2.8 The wire feeding device is equipped with a tensioning function and the tension is adjustable to meet various wire specifications. It also includes a pneumatic clamping device to accommodate different workpiece requirements.

2.9 Before winding, the automatic wire feeding pitch for different wire specifications can be easily set. During the winding process, potential errors are manually fine-tuned to ensure the coil is wound tightly.
