Our standard configuration for vacuum annealing furnace consists of a mother furnace and 2 sub – furnaces.Mother furnac is the heating furnace and the sub-furnace is the cooling furnace.Subfurnace can be increased according to your output.Since the heating time and holding time are relatively short, and the cooling time is longer,water cooling can be adopted.In order to save energy consumption, we are generally equipped with more than two sub-furnace, alternate cycle use.As the oven cools ,you can use the residual heat of the furnace to heat the next furnace.If you use a mother furnace and a sub – furnace, it’s the same as if you’re heating it a second time and you’re cooling it down, and you’re heating it up for a long time.

Subfurnace tank of AL wire vacuum annealing furnace

Using the δ=10 mmsus304 (production taigang tolerance of 9.5 or above) stainless steel tanks, the use of special mould pressing forming 150 mm corrugated shape, good tensile strength, not changeful form, for at the bottom of the pot type, on both sides of furnace tank is equipped with lifting climbing, furnace cover, the flange is made of the δ= 30 mm steel plate processing molding, furnace cover, flange, the up and bottom is equipped with water cooling system.

The mother furnace body of the reheating furnace for CU wire vacuum annealing furnace is composed of S=5mmQ235 steel plate rolled into a row steel reinforced structure, refractory brazing furnace plate, crystal cotton brick, silicate aluminum cotton, heating system, lifting and positioning mechanism.
