① Continuous Automated Production

Full workflow: Uncoiling — Coil Feeding — Plate Folding — Cutting — Run-out. Ensures high-volume, consistent manufacturing of transformer tank corrugated fins.

Steel plate width 300–1300mm (Model A) / 300–1600mm (Model B); thickness 1–1.5mm. Corrugated height 50–350mm / 50–400mm; pitch ≥45mm / ≥40mm; net clearance 6mm. Supports 1–4 corrugation bands, band length ≤2000mm.

③ High-Speed Hydraulic Forming

Fast forming cycle ≤40s. Folding height 15–300mm. Equipped with powerful hydraulic station (independent unit as shown) for stable pressure and precise folding/cutting.
