Engineered for high-volume transformer insulation manufacturing, this dual-station (A/B) APG pressure gel clamping machine delivers robust performance for Current/Voltage Transformers (CT/VT), bushings, and insulators. The integral welded frame (annealed) ensures zero internal stress, supporting heavy molds up to 5 tons.

1. Overview

The Double Station APG Clamping Machine is a heavy-duty automated solution for epoxy resin pressure gelation (APG) in transformer component manufacturing. Its dual-station design, combined with advanced hydraulic clamping and multi-axis core-pulling, ensures superior dimensional stability, electrical insulation, and production efficiency for CT/VT and insulating parts.

① Dual-Station & Heavy-Duty Frame

Integral welded frame with annealing treatment eliminates internal stress. A/B dual stations enable alternating production. 45# linear guides ensure smooth moving plate operation. Supports heavy molds (5T) with 250KN horizontal clamping for secure, leak-proof molding.

② Advanced Multi-Directional Core-Pulling

Features top (10T), side (7T), and lower core-pulling with strokes up to 900mm. Includes translation cylinders and guide sleeves. The 0-5° tilting function facilitates complex mold release and bidirectional operations, essential for intricate CT/VT insulation designs.

③ Precision PLC & Hydraulic Control

PLC+HMI interface offers manual/automatic/single-step modes. Segmented closing speed (fast/slow adjustable, auto-change near mold) protects molds while maintaining efficiency. Real-time hydraulic pressure monitoring with auto-relief prevents over-pressure. Password login secures process recipes.

④ Superior Heating & Insulation

12 independent heating systems (6 for mold). Heating plates reach 300℃ with PT100 sensors. Reserved mold heating (4-6KW) ensures uniform epoxy curing. Asbestos insulation board maintains thermal efficiency.

⑤ Leak-Proof Hydraulics & Durability

Main cylinders use high-precision steel tubes with imported Hallite seals (wear/dirt resistant). All valves from imported/joint-venture brands with imported seal rings minimize oil leakage. Ensures long-term stable operation and pressure holding.
