APG Hydraulic Clamping Machine (Standard Small) | Epoxy Resin Molding Press for Transformer CT/PT

The APG (Advanced Press Gelation) process demands extreme stability and precise thermal control. Our Standard Small APG Clamping Machine is built with a heavy-duty Q235 steel frame, heat-treated to relieve welding stress, ensuring zero deformation during long-term operation. The integrated hydraulic system offers smooth clamping (2.4 m/min) and opening (3.3 m/min), while the 660x500mm heating plates provide uniform temperature distribution (12KW power). With a flexible plate distance (145-965mm) and optional tilting, it accommodates complex molds for electrical insulation parts. The general-purpose power cabinet ensures easy maintenance and global spare-part availability.

1. Core Advantages & Features

① Ultra-Stable Frame Structure

Constructed from Q235 #10mm thickness steel, with heat treatment to release welding internal stress. CNC lathe processing guarantees high installation precision, providing a stable platform for precise epoxy gelation.

② Integrated Hydraulic & Power System

Hydraulic power pack is designed directly on the machine for easy transport and installation. Adopts reliable, universal electrical elements in the power cabinet—durable, easy to maintain, and globally recognized.

③ Precision Heating & Tilting

Equipped with 12KW heating plates (660x500mm) for consistent resin curing. Adjustable tilting degree (0° or 7°) meets specific APG mold requirements. Clamping force of 150KN ensures tight mold sealing.
