1. Overview

The Hydraulic Core Assembly and Turning Table is a specialized heavy-duty platform for stacking and overturning transformer iron cores. It solves the technical difficulty of safe, stable core flipping while enabling precise flat stacking. The table supports both row-on and non-row-on iron yoke processes, and is suitable for three-column (3 platforms) and five-column (5 platforms) core flipping and ironing.

① Safe Hydraulic Overturning (0–90°)

Hydraulic cylinders provide flip power with self-locking to stop at any position. When the heavy point shifts from one side to another, stability is assured. At 90°, supporting legs open to prevent the core from tipping. Synchronous flipping ensures no deformation of the steel core.

② Modular Building-Block Structure

Platforms are grouped according to core windows and adapt to different window sizes. Main column distance is easily adjustable. No special earth pit required—only a locating groove is needed for assembly. After installation, overturning components can be disassembled and lifted without occupying space.

• Overall table deformation <3mm during turnover; perpendicularity between stacking table and turning beam <2mm.

• Core column supports precision-machined for ≤1mm flatness of laminated iron.

5. Longitudinal Beam: Fixed + 2 movable beams; fixed beam adjustable for column distance, movable beams adjusted by hand wheel.
