Engineered for the increasing demands of thick coil stamping (≥3.0mm), this machine integrates uncoiling, straightening, and feeding into one space-saving unit. Replacing traditional spring-adjusted levelers, it adopts a turbine-worm fine-tuning system to deliver higher pressure, superior precision, and improved output rates for thick plates. With hydraulic mandrel expansion, pneumatic pinch rollers, and servo-driven feeding, it ensures stable material flow into mechanical presses, reducing labor and die wear.

① Turbine-Worm Leveling Adjustment

Solves traditional leveler limitations (low pressure, low precision). The worm gear mechanism allows fine height adjustment of upper/lower rollers, ensuring exact gap for thick plates. Operation is easy: adjust until plate is straight (correcting downward/upward bending).

② Robust Structure for Thick Gauges

Handles materials >3.0mm that standard precision levelers fail to process. Heavy welded frame, hardened chrome-plated rollers, hydraulic expansion (coil loading), and pneumatic feeding rollers ensure durability and grip without surface damage.

③ Dual Operation Modes

  • Manual: Forward/reverse inch feeding for setup, mold testing, and head feeding.

  • Automatic: 24V induction frame controls leveler start/stop synchronously with mechanical press, enabling continuous stamping. Safety interlock: selector must be in "Auto" to prevent press pull-damage.

④ Seamless Press Integration

Must align centerline with punch die. Front/rear transfer rollers support material. Suitable for mechanical power presses (crank, eccentric) and hydraulic presses.
