Engineered for efficiency, the YCJ-A6 4th-gen automatic grinder delivers intuitive operation and precise saw blade repair. Grind high-speed steel (HSS) and flying saw (manganese steel) blades with adjustable cutting angles, tooth depth, and pitch (3-80mm). Supports left/right, arc, triangular, and high-low teeth. The tilting handpiece allows chamfering without wheel change. With automatic tooth dialing, compression, and grinding linkage, it ensures consistent sharpness and extends blade life.

1. Overview

The YCJ-A6 (MCJ-05 4th Gen) Automatic Circular Saw Blade Sharpening Machine is a surface grinding solution for power drill and industrial saw blades. With a straightforward structure and simple operation, it precisely restores saw tooth geometry. Change cutting angle, tooth type, and depth to easily grind sharp blades. Suitable for high-speed steel (HSS) and flying saw (manganese steel) blades, it handles left/right, arc, triangular, and high/low teeth. The handpiece tilts up/down for chamfering without wheel replacement.
