Designed for winding square and round coils (axial ≤850mm, OD ≤800mm), it handles flat wire up to 5×12mm and round wire 0.3-5.0mm. Equipped with Mitsubishi PLC, HMI, and servo motors, it ensures 0.01mm min. step precision and 2000N.M driving torque. 1. Overview

The ZPX800 Automatic HV/LV Copper Wire Transformer Coil Winding Machine adopts advanced automatic winding displacement and tension technologies. It is especially suitable for winding square and round coils used in small and medium-sized distribution transformers and similar products. The machine combines a main winding motor, automatic wire laying unit, layer insulation decoiler, tension-adjustable decoiler, pneumatic system, and PLC-based control with servo motors. Featuring high automation, full functions, and strong driving force, it delivers precise and efficient coil production.
