Servo HMI APG Clamping Machine (600×800 to 1200×1000mm) for 11-36kV Epoxy Resin Molding

The Servo HMI APG (Advanced Pressure Gelation) Clamping Machine is a heavy-duty, fully automatic solution for manufacturing medium-to-high voltage electrical insulation components. Engineered for 11-36kV applications—including current transformers (CT), voltage transformers (VT), bushings, insulators, spouts, and SF6 switchgear covers—it delivers precision molding with servo-driven hydraulic control and PLC touch-screen intelligence.

Featuring customizable clamp plate sizes (min. 600×800mm, max 1200×1000mm), adjustable upper/lower core-pulling strokes, and the ability to store over 100 product recipes, this machine ensures repeatable high quality and maximum efficiency. Its robust frame, automatic heating (up to 24KW), and auto-setting hydraulic/valve systems make it ideal for pole-mounted transformers and industrial epoxy resin casting.

1. Core Advantages & Features

① Servo & PLC Intelligence

Full automatic design with servo motor control, PLC, and HMI touch screen. Stores 100+ product data sets. Auto start, heating, hydraulic pressure, temperature, and valve flow settings ensure hands-off operation.

② Flexible APG Molding

Handles 11-36kV epoxy resin products: CT, VT, bushings, contact boxes, SF6 covers, bending plates. Clamp plates customizable (600×800mm to 1200×1000mm); upper/lower core distance tailored to product. Foundation pit required if lower core travel >500mm.

③ High Force & Precision

Clamping force 200–220KN (up to 24T), stroke 240–1250mm. Horizontal tilting 0-5°, mould load 2T. Servo control guarantees stable pressure and dimensional accuracy.

④ Robust Heating & Hydraulics

Heating power 8–24KW (auto clamp plate heating). Hydraulic power pack 5.5–7.5KW, max 160 L/min flow. Automatic valve flow control for optimal gelation.

⑤ Heavy-Duty Construction

Welded steel frame (customizable blue), weights 3800–7100KG. Built for continuous industrial production with minimal maintenance.
