Features constant-tension automatic pay-off that presses enameled round wire into enameled flat wire for winding. Tension is set once and automatically monitored and compensated by the system in real time, ensuring uniform coil density and preventing wire breakage.

③ Fully Automatic Insulation Winding

End insulation and interlayer insulation are all automatically wound onto the wire package without any manual operation. This eliminates human error, ensures consistent quality, and significantly boosts productivity.

All actions are controlled via a PLC touchscreen interface. Operators can switch between fully automatic and semi-automatic modes, program winding parameters, and monitor real-time status with ease.
