1. Core Features & Advantages ① Dual Concentric Taping Heads Two 1-head/1-film concentric taping heads ensure precise overlapping. Rated speed 1000 rpm/min; wrapping pitch drift ≤±0.2mm. Film width 10–130mm, bobbin Φ330mm outer/Φ76mm inner. ② High-Frequency Sintering & Pressing Removable HF generator (45kW max, 360–420V 3-phase) with infrared sensor, water recycling (0.2–0.3MPa), and three high-temp quadrilateral pressure devices plus two small radiation furnaces. Delivers superior fusion and surface smoothness. ③ Integrated Pretreatment & Post-Treatment Felt locator, straightening (10 nylon rollers, Φ47mm), polishing dust removal, hot air dry (5kW + 0.25kW fan), cooling water groove, and final hot air dry. Ensures clean, moisture-free, high-quality output. ④ Heavy-Duty Pay-off & Traction PS-800 lift-type pay-off (plunger clamping, 800kg max). Caterpillar traction with pneumatic clamping (Φ90mm rollers, 320mm contact, 500kg max pull). Roller metering and take-up for continuous operation. ⑤ Automation & Safety PLC electric control, pneumatic clamping, safety interlocks, and enclosed design (transparent cover).
