Rolls: Φ450×500mm, 9Cr2Mo alloy steel, bearing FC5678275, upper roll spring balance for stability. ③ Precision Press-Down & Control 11kW press-down motor with spherical worm gear (center distance 315mm), screw 160×6mm. Equipped with pressure gauge and roll seam gauge for accurate thickness control. ④ Integrated Leveling & Clamping Two-roller clamp + three-roller leveling mechanism (55kW motor, NGW reducer) with shovel plate inside frame.
