1. Core Features & Advantages ① Bright Non-Oxidizing Annealing Vacuum environment prevents oxidation, ensuring a clean, bright surface for copper, aluminum, and specialty wires critical for transformer windings. ② Energy-Saving Cyclic System (1+2 Configuration) One mother furnace (heating) paired with two sub-furnaces (water-cooled). While one sub-furnace cools, the other utilizes residual heat for the next batch. This avoids repeated long heating cycles, saving energy and boosting output. ③ Robust Vacuum Tank (Sub-Furnace) Made of δ=10mm SUS304 stainless steel (Taigang, tolerance ≥9.5mm), specially molded with 150mm corrugated shape for high tensile strength and anti-deformation. Pot-type bottom, lifting lugs, and δ=30mm flange with upper/lower water cooling. ④ Heavy-Duty Mother Furnace Body Constructed from S=5mm Q235 steel plate with reinforced structure. Includes refractory brazing plate, crystal cotton brick, silicate aluminum cotton insulation, heating system, and lifting positioning mechanism. ⑤ Scalable & Automated Sub-furnaces can be added based on output demands.
